CONSIGNMENT HORSES:

Julie offers full service consignment board. This includes board, training, marketing, showing horses to potential buyers, scheduling vettings etc. The farm offers the perfect set up for a prospective buyer to try a horse – there are full dressage and jump arenas, and a cross country field with questions from Starter-Intermediate, including a full water jump, banks, ditches, and many other fences.

Fernhill Ladies Man (Womanizer x Cuslough) is a 2018 ISH gelding. “Connor” has competed through BN eventing, was Foxhunted in Ireland, and is a super cute guy ready to go in any direction.

Monte Carlo

Monte Carlo (Sir Sinclair x Syrah) is a 2017 17h KWPN gelding. “Mo” has competed through Novice eventing and 1.0m jumper classes. He recently finished 6th on his dressage score in a massive BN division at AECs, and also had a great run at TerraNova. Mo is a very safe kick ride and is easy on the ground — good to load, clip, shoe, tie, etc. His sire, Sir Sinclair, is one of the most prolific sires of FEI dressage horses worldwide.

Pippin

Pippin is a 2014 15h Paint gelding that is truly the most wonderful little horse. He has competed BN eventing and .85m jumpers. Pippin is so sweet and easy both on the ground and under saddle. He’s a super jumper, has never met a jump he didn’t like, and does an easy lead change. Would be the perfect partner to show someone the ropes of the lower levels of eventing or jumpers. Has competed all over the southeast including at WEC, never bats an eye at anything, always looks for his own distance to a jump and wants to keep his rider safe. Pippin is definitely a barn favorite and we could fill a page with nice things to say about him!

Mac Creiche

Mac Creiche (City Wolf x Ailbe) is a 2015 16h Thoroughbred gelding. “Teddy” came into our program as a 5 year old after he retired from racing, and has since had wins at every level from BN-Training. He has been competed by multiple YR’s and amateurs over the years, and has had dressage scores as low as 24. Teddy’s only vice is that he is a mild cribber.

Fernhill Armani

Fernhill Armani (Arpeggio x Carla Carlotta A) is a stunning 2013 Westphalian gelding. He is a Prelim winner, and is very good in all 3 phases, with dressage scores as low as 22. Armani is a laid back gentleman, both on the ground and under saddle, and is a pleasure to have in the barn. Whoever ends up with him will be very lucky.

Fernhill Alley

Fernhill Alley (Orestus x RNH What a Balou) is a 2017 KWPN/ISH mare. Alley has successfully competed through Novice with a YR, and 1.0m jumpers. She recently competed in the jumper show at Bruce’s Field, jumping clear in all of her classes. One of her best attributes is her balanced & adjustable canter, which makes it very easy to find a distance on her. Alley has 3 super gaits, and does her changes. On the ground, Alley is easy to load, stands tied to the trailer, stands to be clipped, etc.

Fernhill For Treasure Z

Fernhill For Treasure Z (For Pleasure x Ehawee) is a 2018 17h Zangersheide gelding. “Treasure” is a real treasure. He is a real eye catcher with a sweet personality, and his flat work will be pretty unbeatable when he learns our American ways. He has a wonderful, smooth jump and has a lot of experience for his 6 years. Treasure competed through the equivalent of our Novice level in Ireland over the summer, scoring a 27 in dressage and jumping clear in SJ & XC.

Rossmount Aldi Hero

Rossmount Aldi Hero (Celtic Hero B Z x Aldi Clover) is a 2016 ISH mare that competed through 2* in Ireland, and has plenty of scope to keep going up the levels. She has also done pure show jumping through 1.20m. “Beezie” is very well behaved on the ground, and easy to have in the barn. Only for sale as her rider has just gotten accepted into business school abroad.

Fernhill Count on Me (Chacoa x Buttercup Elm) is a 2017 ISH gelding. “Elbie” is a very versatile horse that is exceptionally good at many different disciplines. In Ireland, Elbie was a winner at EI110 (Prelim equivalent) as well as winning at pure dressage, and jumping clear in 1.20m jumper classes. He has had dressage scores as low as 21, and has continued his winning ways in the US.
